CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS of Spanish Cleaning Products UK
In the event you wish you cancel your order after the goods have left us and are with our courier we have two options. We can charge a £6.99 fee (including VAT) to reroute courier to deliver the package back to us. Alternatively the package can be delivered to you and you can post it back to us. In this event the buyer will pay the return postage. If you need to send a parcel back, please contact us via our Contact page. Please include the original paperwork from the package as well as ensuring no products have been used and are in good condition.
We accept returns in the event you change your mind as long as the goods are unopened, in a saleable condition. You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to make this decision. In the event you are going to return items to us please email email@example.com to let us know to expect your return or complete the form on our Contact page.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of postage back to us. A full refund will be returned to you within 7 days of receiving the goods in saleable and unopened condition. If the goods are not saleable or have been used we reserve the right to refuse a refund request, however this is subject to management decision.
Goods you cannot return
We do not accept returns of products which have been opened or show signs of use.
The Consumer Rights Act means any products you buy must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
We provide 30 days from you receiving the product to make a claim to us for a faulty product. The easiest way to report a faulty product is to email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know or complete the form on our Contact page. We may ask you to provide photographic proof for the damage/faulty item. In the event it needs to be returned to us we will ask you to post us the product and reimburse the cost of postage once a receipt of postage has been sent to us.
